Subscription and BOOST terms

DRAFT FOR COUNSEL. Swotty · Egghead Labs · support@eggheadlabs.co.za. Not an offer to purchase; store activation awaits release approval.

The ruled USD base prices are monthly $3.99, six months $19.99, annual $29.99 and BOOST $6.99. Stores localize prices; the store product shows price, duration and renewal conditions before you confirm. Monthly, six-month and annual subscription plans are implemented; store activation remains subject to release approval. Premium includes 300 AI actions a month plus cloud backup of papers and photos. Paid OCR is bundled with paid access, not billed per page. AI allowances are finite, not unlimited.

Subscriptions renew under the store's displayed terms unless cancelled in Apple or Google subscription settings. Restore eligible purchases through the app. Store and statutory refund rights apply. Account deletion does not cancel renewal. BOOST is a top-up alongside any tier: 100 AI actions that never expire, with no premium days.

Manual study remains available without a purchase or AI. See Privacy, Terms and Support.
